I am currently one week away from leaving my current, long-time job, to become an elementary school teacher. There might be some people out there who are interested to know what happens, so I'm starting this blog.
Beginning March 24, I will begin student teaching in a kindergarten classroom in a magnet school on Chicago's north side. I expect an adventure, and much hilarity, which I will relay, with all names changed to protect the young and innocent.
And we're off...
